Individual Membership

An Agreement Form must be signed in-store at the time of Membership Redemption. The form must be signed by a Parent or Guardian if the Membership Holder is under 18 years of age.

Each Membership holds the following Terms of Condition:

There is a 3 month minimum for all KTR Memberships .

The Membership is on an auto renewal system that will renew from

the card provided on the day you sign up each month.

There is a 10 day cancelation notice when terminating any KTR

Membership.

If my billing takes place before the 10 days I give my notice, I will be

billed for an entire month before my membership is terminated.

Family Membership

*Up to 2 Adults and 3 Kids (Immediate Family Only)

Adults cannot substitute their place for another child.
